Hexxit Revisited note

Due to our most recent update in Hexxit Revisited, we have found out that Chocolate Quest is bugged. We understand it's still in beta, but running a server with it tends to crash clients often when in dungeons. A warning was left in a previous update, however I felt that it was need to make note of it here.
